In the rare event that you're not completely satisfied, we offer one complimentary redo with the same stylist within 3 business days of your original appointment. Please do not take out or modify the service that was rendered until we have had an opportunity to review it in person. We do not offer any refunds for services rendered at Jannys Coiffure. For the safety and comfort of all our clients and staff, we kindly ask that small children are not left unsupervised during appointments. All services costs listed are price estimates. Your final checkout total is subject to stylists discretion based on services requested as well as an in person evaluation on the condition of your hair. Cancellation Policy
There will be a cancelation fee of 25% of the estimated service charge for all no show and cancelations less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment
Final cost of all services rendered are subject to stylists discretion based upon the services requested. Please request an upfront price quote if you have any concerns prior to services being rendered.
